  • By knowing that you fail or feel just right at ending 8-12 repletion (that's of course if you are doing upper body exercise) you picked the right weight for example, let's say I am bench pressing 175 pounds and by 8 rep I feel like I can't do no more or it becomes a heavy struggle to the point of exhaustion I know this weight is comfortable for building muscle…

    This isn't a dead stone written thing, in other words you can still build muscle for arms if you do 20 reps, its just a calculation

  • Great video, I just want to add if you are doing body building and wondering what's the best result you can achieve through the amount of reps (Ehh sounds confusing but this will explain).

    For Upper body muscle 8-12 repetitions
    (starting from hips)
    For Lower body muscle 12-16 repetitions
