  • walk in the noon time can cure your diabetes but brisk walk and walk atlest one hour.

  • i think one thing i want o share here when ever i walk in a sun shine for long time like 80 minutes my sugar low significantly reduce to normal.but if possible the walk should be at noon round about between 12 to 1 o clock.before lunch.because that time you can get a lot of vitamin d from the sun.which is very good for your sugar level.

  • i think just brisk walk or little bit run and then walk and little run is the best for diabetes,because i done almost 5 years heavily weight training but not cure diabetes.
    although i also walk as will along with the weight training but now i stopped trainnin and just increase my walk.i am now walking 80 minutes daily .and i lost upto 8 or 10 kg.
    but weight trainning is not good because when i do it i was always trying to eat more and more and thus my wight was almost 95 kg .
    although i grow a very heavy and beautifull muscles but my diabetes were still high. because i was all time want to eat more and more to grow my muscles .
    but now when i stopped training my weight is now 85 and i amm feeling will.i wanted to reduce it to 75 kg.but in weight trining it was not possible.

    nutritionally you need more magnesium, b1, b2,b3,b6,b9chromium, & manganese.
    they improve your insulin sensitivity a lot.
    exercise wise, any movement that needs muscle contraction is still the best
